''Study on approach of application of ten royal virtues to manage Sub-district administrative organization area of Songphinong District Suphanburi province''

Abstract

 

The Objectives of this research are (1) to study an application of ten royal virtues in managing sub-district administrative organization in area of Amphur Songphinong Suphanburi province. (2) to compare the people’s opinions toward an application of ten royal virtues in managing by dividing individual factors and social factors (3) to study an application approaches of ten royal virtues in managing of mentioned organization by conducting survey research and using questionnaires for collecting data from 395 population sampling which use cluster sampling analysis by frequency percentage average standard deviation t-test and one way analysis of variance and difference comparison of dual average by method of least significant difference (LSD).  The result of research was found that

1. The people have opinions toward an application approaches of the royal virtues in managing sub-district administrative organization as a whole at high level (x = 4.09) when it was divided individually and found that the people have opinions on this an application approaches at high level in every aspect.

2. Comparison about people’s opinions on an application approaches according to individual factor division and social factor was found that the people who have age career and income per month and different participation gave opinions on a different application approaches in managing sub-district administrative organization by least significant difference (LSD) at 0.05 level and the people who have gender, educational level, married status, relative of members in sub-district administrative organization, interest persons, and different experienced persons with sub-district administrative organization toward different application opinions are indifferent rejecting set hypothesis.

3. Suggested data for guided application of ten royal virtues to manage are as follows.  1. Dhana (charity) a person should give charity in suitable aspect. It is generous to each other and welfare work especially in matter of education. 2. SILA (high moral character) The leaders should behave as good model for general people and organization’s staff have to behave SILA and have a good behavior in performing with colleagues which make organization being process efficiently.  3. Parichakha (self-sacrifice) It is sacrifice for whole people and staff work for the benefit of the people with real sacrifice and they are generous for the public.  4. Archava (honesty) A person has honesty for the duty and responsibility for working and others including royalty in the country. They maintain in the good faith. 5. Matthava (kindness) A person has a kindness to each other administrators must have kindness to each other 6. Tapa (self-control) Administrators must not indulge in enrichment position and praise. They have to work fully and have Dhamma in themselves to eradicate evil without occurring it is power to control their minds to behave in the frame of morality with the best performance.         7. Agghodha (self-control) In working with other, persons have to practice their duty as best not anger with irritancy around them. Administrators should have kindness, loving-kindness and good wishes to subjects and colleagues with pure mind. 8. Avihingsa (Non-violence) everyone has duty to perform duty according to position and responsibility among. Administrators should have kindness to help subjects and colleagues to work happily. 9. Khanti (patience) Administrators should have strong minds to perform duty to achieve goal and adapt themselves in every situations then peace will occur.  10. Avirodhana (conformity to the law) Administrators hold justice in performing their duty, maintain justice, have modesty use mindfulness to control bodily action and verbal action in good faith and not violate traditions including law and morality.
