Abstract

 

Abstract

The objectives of this research are: (1) to Study the Process of human resource development of Be Pro Group in American International Assurance Co, Ltd. (AIA), (2) to compare ideas against the Process of human resource development of Be Pro Group in American International Assurance Co, Ltd. (AIA), classified by personal factors; and (3) to study the problems, obstacles, and suggestions for Process of human resource development of Be Pro group in American International Assurance   Co, Ltd. (AIA).

This operated research by survey research. The samples used in this study such as the stuff/unit secretaries Insurance agent and administrators. Using a random sampling of size with the opening table of the Krejcie and Morgan, the result was 196 people. Equipment used to collect data was the questionnaire, constructed by the researcher, which is divided into 3 sections such as The first is the general information of respondents to a questionnaire, the second level are the opinions to the Process of human resources development and the third were about problems, obstacle, and suggestion of development for process of human resource, coefficient rreliability total 0.873. The statistics used to analyze data were using frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation, analyzed by the t-test and by one-way analysis of variance      (One-Way ANOVA).

The findings of this study are concluded as follows:

1. The opinions of staff to process of human resources development of Be Pro Group in American International Assurance Co, Ltd. (AIA) were at high level (average = 4.40), when consider by each side found that human resources development planning and implementation of human resources development of Be Pro Group were development of appropriate human resources to their highest average. For the Assessing the need for human resource development and the Evaluation of human resource development, at high level.

2. Comparison of the opinions of staff to process of human resources development of Be Pro Group in American International Assurance Co, Ltd. (AIA) classified by personal factors found that the staff were different gender opinion on process of human resources development of Be Pro Group in American International Assurance Co, Ltd. (AIA) is not different, which does not conform to the hypothesis, the staff were different age education experience position and occupation opinion on process of human resources development are statistical difference even at 0.01 level of significance., therefore accept the hypothesis.

3. The problems, obstacles and suggestions are the problems of the process of human resources development of Be Pro Group in American International Assurance Co, Ltd. (AIA). Most of the side, assessing the need for human resources development, the agency also lacks the personal data before proceeding with the development of human resources and the lack of data about individuals, and problems that occur to support a plan to develop human resources in a systematic way. The suggestion to collect personal information, it is important to the analysis of personal information prior to development. The development of human resources to accomplish the objectives and the evaluation of human resources development, lack of a clear human resources development, monitoring and evaluation in particular, and staff have contributed to the development of the human resources department. The solutions are agencies should assign a person responsible for the evaluation of human resources explicitly. Staff should be involved in monitoring and disclosure. The operated of human resources development and planning to develop a human, that the agency may be liable in a way, however, it is considered appropriate to their level of satisfaction of staff as a whole.
