Abstract

 

ABSTRACT

 

              The research of The Administration of Bngkhaehome Foundation Bangkok by the Application of the Brahmavihara IV, with objectives namely.:.(1) to study the opinions of personnel and people to the Administration of Bangkhaehome Foundation Bangkok by the Application of the Brahmavihara IV,.(2) to compare the opinions                        of personnel and people to the Administration of Bangkhaehome Foundation                      Bangkok by the Application of the Brahmavihara IV,.(3) to study the problems,.obstacles and suggestions.to.the.Administration.of.Bangkhaehome.foundation.Bangkok.by.the..of the Application Brahmavihara.IVand.development.for.Administration.of.Bangkhaehome. Foundation Bangkok of the personnel.

              The research is a survey research..Population-based.of this research are personnel and people of all parties/groups. Total of 235 people who have come by way of a random sample-specific. Equipment used to collect data as a query. The statistics used in data analysis. The Program for Research in Social Science. By finding the average percentage frequency standard deviation. The statistics used. The t-test (t-test) in the case of the two variables. And testing of the F (F-Test) with a one-way analysis of variance (One Way ANOVA) in the case of a group of three or more, when differences were found when comparing and contrasting the two methods is the least significant difference (Least Significant Difference : LSD).

The findings of this research are as follows:

              1..The Administration of Bangkhaehome Foundation Bangkok by the Application of the Brahmavihara IV were overall in the middle level ( = 3.68) when considering each side found that the people who are involved in the service user's of Bangkhaehome foundation Bangkok at a moderate level on all sides.

              2..To compare the Administration of Bangkhaehome Foundation Bangkok by the Application of the Brahmavihara IV by gender, age, education, personal income and status showed that personal factors have resulted in the Administration of Bangkhaehome Foundation Bangkok by the Application of the Brahmavihara IV were different such as gender, age, education, income and status, so accept the                     hypothesis set.

              3..The problems and obstacle of the Administration of Bangkhaehome Foundation Bangkok by the Application of the Brahmavihara IV to influence the administration such as sometimes people who come to receive assistance in the Bangkhaehome from different basic social behavior, formalities not the same. When it comes together a lot, sometimes cause a conflict of interest. Lack of personnel to assist and medical expertise, because the elderly have some health problems. Lack of doctors and nurses to perform their routine works. Lack of efficiency in service of Bangkhaehome, because there is a lot of seniors live together. Staff and personnel are limited. That is the result of conflict. They should encourage the development of knowledge and ability of personnel to the staff.

              Therefore, Administrators should focus on the development of morality and ethics. The principles of Brahmavihara IV should apply to the personnel officer of Bangkhaehome to be an ethics, to promote the development of the Administration of Bangkhaehome Foundation Bangkok, the efficiency and effectiveness should provide on the duty and provide more training and knowledge about the functions operates, to achieve a correct understanding of older people to love and good wishes to all personnel officers. Create a sense of responsibility for their own sense of duty towards their colleagues, the elderly and the general public who use the service, beaming the service and care equally to the benefit in the management of Bangkhaehomes welfare.
