Abstract

 

ABSTRACT

The purposes of this research were as follows 1) to study opinions of the Personnel Administration According to Sappurisadhamma VII of School Administrators in Takhli District Nakhonsawan Province 2) to compare opinions towards the Personnel Administration According to Sappurisadhamma VII of School Administrators in Takhli District Nakhonsawan Province classifying by personal factors 3) to study the problems, barriers and suggestions for Personnel Administration According to Sappurisadhamma VII of School Administrators in Takhli District Nakhonsawan Province.

The sample of this study consisted of 246 respondents. The method of this research applied Survey Research. The tool used in this study was questionnaires which have been analyzed by means of Frequency, Percentage, Mean and Standard Deviation. The tests of hypotheses have been done by t-test, One Way ANOVA and Least Significant Difference : LSD. And summarize the problems, barriers and recommendations by analyzing the synthetic data. The results showed that most respondents were females for 150 persons which was equal to 60.97 percent. The age of most respondents were 51 years and above for 101 persons which was aqual to 41.05 percent. The most respondents graduated with a bachelor’s degree was 180 persons (73.17 percent). The respondents position for most of the respondents were the teachers for 210 persons or 85.36 percent. The work experience of the respondents were 15 years old and above for 115 persons representing 46.74 percent. The school’s size of the most respondents were small which were drawn 142 teachers representing 57.72 percent. The opinions of personnals towards the personnel administration according to Suppurisadhamma VII as a whole were high average scores (  = 4.14). When considering to each dimension it was found that there were high average in all dimensions. When comparing the opinion of personnels towards the Personnel Administration according to Suppurisadhamma VII of School Administrators classifying by gender, age, education level, responsible position, work experience and school size. It was found that there were significant difference at .05 level (F=3.092, Sig= .028) The hypotheses have been accepted when considering the dimension of Parisaññutā and Puggalaññutā there were no significant difference. The other dimensions were significant differences at .05 level.

                 The suggestions in this study were 1) the school administrators should be taken he master plan which can lead to a practical reality. 2) The school administrators should promote the principles on personnel administration to achieve their objectives and transparency in personnel administration. 3) The school administrators should develop themselves and encourage the others to do regularly in skill development for the progress and efficiency of organization. 4) The school administrators should set a good example in managing time and prioritize work appropriately. 5) The school administrators should learn about the people involved and build a good relationship to ensure successful implementation with the cooperation of everyone.
