Abstract

 

ABSTRACT

                          

The objectives of this research are : 1) to study the Organizational Culture and Relationship of Personals in Thayang Sub-District Municipality, Thayang District, Phetchaburi Province, 2) to study the relations between the Organizational Culture and Relationship of Personals in Thayang Sub-District Municipality, Thayang District, Phetchaburi Province ,  and 3) To study the problems , obstacles and suggestions in the the Organizational Culture and Relationship of Personals in Thayang Sub-District Municipality, Thayang District, Phetchaburi Province.

               For this study is a mixed research through both quantitative and quality research including in depth interview with key persons. The survey research is conducted by collecting the data and using the questionnaire with the simple Random sampling of 297 samples of Personals in Thayang Sub-District Municipality, Thayang District, Phetchaburi Province. The statistics are used for the data analysis through such as Frequencies, means, standard deviation (S.D), Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient and In-Depth Interview by contents analytical technique.

                                             The findings of this research are as following :

1. The relations between The Organizational Culture and Relationship of Personals in Thayang Sub-District Municipality, Thayang District, Phetchaburi Province. It was found that it is a good level for overall (an average as ô.ðô). When considered in each side found that it is also a good level for all.

 2. The comparison the relations between The Organizational Culture and Relationship of Personals in Thayang Sub-District Municipality, Thayang District, Phetchaburi Province, classified by personal data such as Gender, Age, Education ,marriage status , income, job experiences and offices and  found that the staffs  who have the different personal status such as Gender, Education, marriage status , income, job experiences differently. They do not have the different views to the Organizational Culture and Relationship of Personals in Thayang Sub-District Municipality, Thayang District, Phetchaburi Province.  While the staffs who have the age, offices differently.  They have the opinions to Organizational Culture and Relationship of Personals in Thayang Sub-District Municipality, Thayang District, Phetchaburi Province differently. It is statistically significant difference by statistic as 0.01

 3. Problems, obstacles and suggestions in the Organizational Culture and Relationship of Personals in Thayang Sub-District Municipality, Thayang District, Phetchaburi Province as follow.

1) The Organizational Culture side : For the working of staffs still lacks of cooperation, making the decision because they do not consult with each other or no meeting to solve the problems or no opening the heart to solve the problems. They should have ethical principles to work. It can cooperate and succeed in the major works including dare making the decisions

2) The Organizational Relationship side : They do not cooperate and assign the tasks correctly due to staffs’ specialists.  For executives, they use the emotion to the staffs while they are working, so they are not beloved ones to the staffs causing the staffs do not love own organization and they do not have the unity among the staffs. The executives must have the ethics in the hearts. Leadership is the major principle for the executives to run the organization smartly and having the good harmony and cooperation.
