Abstract

 

ABSTRACT

        This research aims to study the principles of good governance in the management of the school administrators Area Under Study Area 1 Ayutthaya. The purpose of this research was to study the principles of good governance of the school administrators. Area Under Study Area 1 Ayutthaya. Comparison of the principles of good governance executive with experience in senior schools in the area under the jurisdiction of Ayutthaya, 1. And offers guidance on principles of good governance in the schools in the Real area of Ayutthaya, 1. The population in this study were Management of 414 people. The researcher collected data from the sample group finished. R.V.Krejcie and D.W. Morgan. Of  201 people of the sample group by  Stratified Random Sampling at the reliability of 95 percent.  They were classified by working experiences: from 7-9 years for 106 school administrators, and less than 6 years for 23 school administrators.  The research tool was a questionnaire.  The data were analyzed using percentage, mean, t-test, standard deviation and one –way ANOVA by determining at the statistically significant level of  0.05

 

On the research found that :

                        1.  Overall, the school administrators used the legal principle, moral principle, transparency principle, participation principle, accountability principle, and efficiency and effectiveness principle at a high level.

                2.  When each aspect was considered, it was found that the comparison of using good governance of experienced school administrators was not different at the significant level of  0.05

                        3.  The problem of using good governance of experienced school administrators was that school administrators assigned inappropriate jobs for personnel at the highest level.  The staff did not realize how to manage the budget of schools and the school administrators did not support the staff to follow the regulations at a high level.

                4.            The school administrators should set plans and steps of being responsible for different jobs.  They should explain clearly, monitor continually, and support the staff to follow the regulations strictly.  The staff who break the rules should be punished seriously and there should be regular activities to praise any staff who perform well.
