Abstract

 

Abstract

             This study is quantitative research. The objectives  are 1) To study satisfaction level of students on education administration of study center of Faculties of Humanity, Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University at Wat Sampran, Nakornpra- thom province.  2) To compare satisfaction level of students on education administration of study center, Faculties of Humanitise, Mahachulalongkorn-rajavidyalaya University at Wat Sampran,  Nakornprathom province. 3) To study problems and solutions of education administration of study center, Faculties of Humanitise, Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University at Wat Sampran,  Nakornprathom province. Data was collected from 73 samples by using satisfaction scale and analyzed by Mean, Standard Deviation, Independent Samples t-Test,  and one way ANOVA.

 

             Conclusion

             1. Totally, students have high satisfaction level on education administration ( =3.77).  On considering by specific dimension, students have highest satisfaction on syllabus ( =4.02), high satisfaction on teaching and learning management, ( =4.02), activities( =3.77), supervision( =3.71), evaluation( =3.67), and lowest satisfaction on using instruction media(  = 3.63).

             2. On comparison, It founded that there is no significant difference of satisfaction level on total dimensions,  and on considering by specific dimension, students with different sex, years of studying, GPA ,have different satisfaction level on syllabus. students with different sex, years of studying, have different satisfaction level on evaluation, and there is no different satisfaction level on other dimensions.   

             3. This study also shows that  main problem is the student’s lack of understanding about teaching and learning, activities, and others caused by ineffectiveness of communication between students and study center’s staffs,  so increasing the way to give more information to students such as meeting, orientation  is necessary so that students can develop skills and knowledge in the same direction.
