ABSTRACT
This study aimed at (1) to study the effectiveness of the administration of the Land Office, Phetchaburi province (2) to compare the opinions of staff and clients on the effectiveness of management Land Office, Phetchaburi province (3) to study the problems. and suggestions to improve the effectiveness of the Bureau of Land Management, Phetchaburi Province.Research conducted by the survey research data collection using a questionnaire with 450 samples of people in the land.The statistics are used for the data analysis through the social science research programme such as percentage, means, standard deviation (S.D) T-Test, and F-Test and one-way Anova and the open ended questions were analized by the Content Analysis Technique.
The tool to use for survey of this research is the items characteristic and its scale has 3 levels and open ended questions were created by researcher with 0.05.
The findings were as follows:
THE EFFECTIVENESS IN ADMINISTRATION OF Land Office staff in Phetchaburi province in overall found that it is a good level, mostly are female status has the ages between óñ – ôð years with completely Bachelor Degree.The position is specialized in land and income is ñð,ððñ – ñõððð Baht.
When considered in each side is also a good level respectively 1) Planning side, has an average ô.ôð 2) services side, has ô.ñô 3) service place side, is ô.ðô and 4) service process is also ô.ðô. In overall of people with opinions who served in the Land office of Phetchaburi province to effectiveness in the administration of the Land Office, is good level but mostly are females who have the ages between òð – óð years old with Bachelor Degree and work as agricultural workers/Agricultural Organization but the income per month below ñð,ððð Baht.
When considered in each side found that major group is good such respective like as follows service place side is ô.ñô , services side, is ô.ñô , service place side, and service process are the same that is ô.ðô.
Comparison of the people who come to serve in the Land office of Phetchaburi province to effectiveness in the administration of the Land Office by personal factors, including gender, age, level of education and monthly income. Led to the hypotheses set. The findings showed that amongst people who had been having sex, and education level differences. Opinions on the effectiveness of the Bureau of Land Management in land office, Phetchaburi province as a whole, it was not different and did not reject the hypothesis. But the opinions of staff and clients who come to be served in the land office, Phetchaburi province with differences of age and income on the effectiveness of the Bureau of Land Management as a whole with differently and accept the assumptions set.
The problems and obstacles are in the middle level like the executives of Land Office in Phetchaburi province found that the problems and obstacles in an administration in 4 side are not serious because the form of administration of Land Office in Phetchaburi province proceed the policy strictly and respond the clients who come to serve in the land office in Phetchaburi province very well so that the problems and obstacles for an administration in 4 sides are the middle level and these problems can be solved better because the executives of Land Office in Phetchaburi province set up the policy and create the projects to respond the demand of clients who come to serve in the land office in Phetchaburi province. |
