Abstract
The objectives  of this research were  1) to study  the process promoting in classroom  action research   2) to compare the opinions towards  process promoting  in  classroom  action research at secondary schools . 3) to study the problems  and the suggestion of process  promoting  in  classroom  action research at secondary schools. The sample in this study was 162 teachers who was teaching at secondary school students. The research  tools were  used by questionnaire.   The data was  analyzed  by means of  frequency,  percentage,  and standard variation ,t-test  and
F-test and (one-way ANLOVA )analysis of variance.
The results of research were as follws:
1. The opinions of teachers  towards  the process  promoting in classroom  action research at secondary schools,KamphaengsanDistrict  in Nakhonpatham province found that , all aspects  was  the middle and considering  each item  was found that the opinions  towards  the process  promoting in classroom  action research. The highest level is the emphasis on actionresearch in the classroom and  aspect  of the success of action  research in the classroom and aspect of the respect for the teachers who do action research in classroom . The teachers have a responsibility to do action research in classroom and to promote the progress in the work of teachers who do action research in classroom.
2. A result of   comparing  the  opinions  on  the  process  Promotingin Classroom   action  research  atsecondary   schools,  KamphaengsanDistrict  in Nakhonpatham  province,  all  aspects  were  in Thestatistically significant atthe0.05 level. It was not  different.
3. Problems  and   suggestions   toimprove   the  process  of  Promoting actionresearch in the classroom at secondaryschools, Kamphaengsan District  in Nakhonpathamprovince in the all aspects ofthe fifth problems were as

follows, (1) The contents ofthequestionnaireis  very wide (2)formats of action research in the classroomwere a variety of formats, (3) schools are not provided or the showing thework of teachers who didresearch (4) lack of support in many aspects of education (5) schools educational  place  also did not focus on thecontent of research.Suggestions for the promotion of action research in classroom,Schools was focus on action research in the classroomby thetraining for teachers in school or outside of school . Determining he formatof actionresearch is going in thesame direction. Schoolsshould give the motivation for teachers to show   the research teacher .  Schools should be support or facilitate to the teachers and giverewarding formoral support of teachers to do research on.
