Academic Management of Administrators and Teachers at Secondary Schools, Muang District, Singburi Province

Abstract

  The main objectives of  this study are : 1) to study the academic management of administrators and teachers at secondary schools, Muang District, Singburi Province, 2) to compare the opinions of administrators and teachers on the academic management of administrators and teachers at secondary schools, Muang District, Singburi Province, classified by personal factors, and 3) to study the suggestions about the academic management of administrators and teachers at secondary schools, Muang District, Singburi Province. The samples of this study consisted of 135 administrators and teachers in secondary schools, Muang district, Singburi province. The tools were used by questionairwith a confidence level of 0.927. Data analysis used the following statistics percentage mean, Standard Deviation and analysis by t-test, One Way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), Least Signicant Difference (LSD) and In-depth Interview.

The findings of this research were concluded as follows :
1. Administrators and Teacher have opinions to  the academic management of administrator and teacher at secondary schools, Muang District, Singburi Province, were rated at the high level. When having considered in each aspect, it was noticed at the high in all aspects ranging from the most to the least in terms of mean scores, Operation about teaching, Academic planning, Management about teaching, and Education evaluation.
2. comparison to the opinions of administrators and teachers on the academic management of administrators and teachers at secondary schools, Muang District, Singburi Province, classified by personal factors, it was found that there was no significant difference therefore rejecting the formulated hypothesis.
3. Suggestion had found that administrators and teachers should meeting plans in every semesters. Should be invited professionals come to express opinions about academic management. Should be opportunity to teachers can opinions to about academic management.Should be development to teachers. Should be build morale   to teachers. Should be to focus on learners. Should be addmore teaching materials for teachers. Should be develop to center learn in school and added more teachers. Should be a summary of the performance to amended in accordance with the instruction current. Should be add a new measurement and evaluation techniques and a method of scoring range.
