This research had 2 main objectives : 1) to Study the guidelines of management’s levels according to Philosophy of the Sufficiency Economy of Ladyao District Police Station, Nakhon Sawan and 2) to study any problems and obstacles appeared in the guidelines of management according to of the Philosophy of the Sufficiency Economy of Ladyao District Police Station, Nakhon Sawan. The group of population of this research was 136 persons consisting of administrators, government officers and staffs working for the government within the area of Ladyao District Police Station, Nakhon Sawan. The research tool used was the questionnaire measuring the levels of management according to Philosophy of the Sufficiency Economy of Ladyao District Police Station, Nakhon Sawan which divided into 3 parts : 1) general data of the persons who answered the questionnaires, 2) 5 rating–scale questionnaire with the reliability of 0.964 and 3) opened-questionnaire to show the opinions on any problems and obstacles appeared in the guidelines of management according to Philosophy of the Sufficiency Economy of Ladyao District Police Station, Nakhon Sawan. Data Analysis was done by using the accomplished program for sociological research. The statistical data analysis involved frequency, percentage, mean (X ̃) and standard deviation (S.D.) by using Content Analysis Techniques.
The results revealed as follows:
1. From the general data of the persons who answered the questionnaires it was found that most of them were males of 41-50 years of age, having educational level of bachelor degree, having 11-20 years of job performance, they were Non-Commissioned Police Officers and having the Salary ranging from 20,001 – 30,000 baht.
2. The levels of management according to Philosophy of the Sufficiency Economy of Ladyao District Police Station, Nakhon Sawan, it appeared at the high level (X ̃= 3.48) and when considered on each item, it showed that having reasonableness and having good shelter were at the high levels while the items of sufficiency, knowledge and virtue were found at the middle levels
3. To study any problems and obstacles appeared in the guidelines of management according to Philosophy of the Sufficiency Economy of Ladyao District Police, Nakhon Sawan, it revealed that on the item of having reasonableness, the management did not emphasize significantly on the staffs’ collaboration and also the feedback data received. For the item of sufficiency, it was found that providing the resources to different sectors had done with unappropriateness while the item of having good shelter found that the management system had on unity. On the condition of knowledge, it was shown that the police station did not encourage any police officers to continue their studies in different levels as it should be and on the condition of virtue found that human resource management had done without any fairness such as appointment, remove to different positions, promotion and assessment in job performance.
