THE MANAGERIAL ADMINISTRATION IN ACCORDARCE WITH TUTHIYAPAPHANIKHA SUTTA OF NEC INFRONTIA THAI LIMITTED.

Abstract

  The objectives of this research were : 1) to study the Managerial administration in accordance with the personnel opinion of Tuthiyapaphanikha Sutta of NEC Infrontia Thai Limited. 2) to compare the opinion of personnel to the Managerial administration in accordance with Tuthiyapaphanikha Sutta of NEC Infrontia Thai Limited., classified by the personal factors  3) to study the problems, solution and the suggestions of the managerial administration by personnel, regarding to Tuthiyapaphanikha Sutta of NEC Infrontia Thai Limited. The research used mixed research both of quantitative and qualitative research. The sampling population were consisted of the personnel whose age of 20 years upward, selecting 269 residents of the 900 total population. The methodology informed by the formula of R.V. krejcie & D.W. Morgan. The data analysis performed by a computer program for social science research and following the statistics such as: frequency, percentage, Mean and Standard Deviation for describing and testing hypotheses by the personal factors. . F-test was done by means of analyzing, One Way ANOVA was tested the difference of Means from the three groups upward. The test of the differences Means in each pair was done by the Least Significant Difference: LSD. This qualitative research method identified the in-depth interview with the key informants, collaborating the context by the content analysis technique.

The research findings were as follows:
1) The Managerial administration in accordance with Tuthiyapaphanikha Sutta of NEC Infrontia Thai Limited. were  overall in the high level (  = 3.69) ,and considering the high level in all aspects. Means arranged respectively from maximum to minimum as follows: Chakkhumã (Vision) (  = 3.77), Vidhũro (Management) (  = 3.69) and Nissayasampanno (Human Relationship) (  = 3.61) 
2) To compare the opinion of personnel towards the Managerial administration in accordance with Tuthiyapaphanikha Sutta of NEC Infrontia Thai Limited., classified by the personal factors, such as: gender, age, education, and experience found that the population with difference gender, education, and experience had the significance at level 0.05. Whereas the personnel who had different ages were found no different opinion towards the Managerial administration in accordance with Tuthiyapaphanikha Sutta of NEC Infrontia Thai limited, the hypotheses were rejected.
3) The problems, solutions and suggestions about the Managerial administration in accordance with Tuthiyapaphanikha Sutta of NEC Infrontia Thai Limited., were as follows:
Chakkhumã (Vision): The foresight of the executives were supposed to clearly understanding of the direction and vision of the organization for further planning and communication to the subordinates, not only in the meeting but also measured from the conference. The senior executives were supposed to listen to the comments, including creative ideas and activities of the new generation continuously and seriously.
Vidhũro (Management): The proficiency management could organize in a specific expertise.  The senior executives should modify their attitude and managed equally in various aspects, such as: giving the opportunity for the lower-level employees to present their performance, training skills, participating with the management level to solve the problems, putting the right man on the right job.
Nissayasampanno (Human Relationship): The administrators should have the leadership training to be thoughtful of others, otherwise creating the activities that enhanced the relationship between the colleagues.
4) The in-depth Interview of the key informants provided the important information on the managerial administration in accordance with Tuthiyapaphanikha Sutta of NEC Infrontia Thai limited can be concluded as follow: The executives and staff at all levels should realize the importance of the principles of Tuthiyapaphanikha Sutta which were consists of the 3 aspects such as: 1. Chakkhumã (Vision) the foresight. 2 Vidhũro  (Management). The capable of administering business ๓. Nissayasampanno (Human Relationship) the good human relationship. All aspects were the perception in order to accomplish the successful both people and tasks which was strongly growth with capitalism world without losing the humanity in the midst of the era of globalization.
