Abstract

  The objectives of this research were 1) to study the Human Resource Management of Sangha Administrators In Bangkoknoi District Bangkok Metropolitant, 2) to compare the opinions of the citizens against Human Resource Management of Sangha Administrators In Bangkoknoi District Bangkok Metropolitant by personal factors, and   3) to study the problems. obstacles and suggestions to the Human Resource Management of Sangha Administrators In Bangkoknoi District Bangkok Metropolitant. 

The study is a mixed research by means of applying qualitative and qualitative studies with an in-depth interview being applied to the sample who granted data The sample consisted of the abbot and Sangha In Bangkoknoi District Bangkok Metropolitant The selection of the 254 in the area of Bangkoknoi District Bangkok Metropolitant was made by means of sampling according to the sample size table of Taro Yamane. The equipment used in collection data or facts was composed of a set of questionnaires. The analysis of the data was done by the sociological readymade programmed for researching The statistics used in analyzing the general data of the sample consisted of frequency and percentage The statistics employed in analyzing the level of the opinions on the solution role of the poverty by sub - district Administration Organization were comprised of Frequencies Means and Standard Deviation The hypothesis test was done in order to describe the data of the private or personal factors The (T-test) was used for taking a test of the difference between the means of two groups (F-test) was done by means of analyzing One way ANOVA in order to do the test of the difference of Means from the three group upwards The test of the difference of the Means in each pair was done by (Least Significant Difference : LSD) And the in-depth interview was done by applying the content analytical technique constituting contexts.
The findings of this study are as follows : 
1) The Human Resource Management Of Sangha Administrators In Bangkoknoi District Bangkok Metropolitant at a high level (X= 3.71) was found when considering the high level in the field of human resource recruitment (X= 4.29), human resource development (X= 3.59) the maintenance of the resource. human (X= 3.51) and in the medium. The motivation for human (X= 3.46).
2) The Comparison of the ideas of the Sangha  the Human Resource Management  Administrators In Bangkoknoi District Metropolitant based on personal factors including age where opinions differ with statistical significance at the 0.05 Abbot with the common birthday. The study of theology. Studied theology theology. And work experience. Were not statistically different.
3) A Problems obstacles and suggestions about The Human Resource Management  Administrators In Bangkoknoi District Metropolitant found that Promoting education is the lack of support is good. Includes attention to human resources to carry out the Buddhist priests. Lack of care for the ill monks should provide more help. There should be regulations and procedures, and methods in human resource management in the tight harmonies more discreet.
4) Results of in – depth interview about The Human Resource Management  Administrators In Bangkoknoi District Metropolitant found that The Human resource management should start paying attention to the study. By encouraging people to get a higher education. And should be considered for the position. Higher as well. Include a focus on the life of a monk with novices.
