The key objectives of this research are : i) to study the Efficiency ofSangha Administration in Muang District , Lopburi Province.; ii) to compare Efficiency of Sangha Administration in Muang District , Lopburi Province. ; and iii) to study Efficiency of Sangha Administration in Muang District , Lopburi Province. This research is a survey research. Data collections are conducted using Questionnaire with 230 Sangha of students in Muang District, Lopburi Province, selected by purposive sampling technique with reliability value equal to 0.90. The statistics to use for data analysis is the descriptive such as Frequency, Percentage, Average and Standard Deviation were described, t-test and One-way ANOVA were  employed and Statistical significance was conducted using Least Significant Difference (LSD).

The findings of this research as following :

1.  The levels of the  Efficiency of Sangha Administration in Muang District , Lopburi Province are the good levels for all sides with 3.32 an average. When considered in each side found that the  Efficiency of Sangha Administration in Muang District, Lopburi Province for politics is also a good level but other sides are the middle levels.                                           

2.  To compare the Efficiency of Sangha Administration in Muang District , Lopburi Province classified by personal data and  found that the monks who have the different personal statuses such as age, ordination years , positions in Sangha organization and periods of time for Sangha position and general education degree, it has the differently efficiency of Sangha Administration in Muang District , Lopburi Province for overall. It was statistical significance at the level of .01. Therefore, it was the relevant hypothesis set. But the monks who have the certificate of  Dhamma education and Pali education degree differently. It does not have the differences for efficiency of Sangha Administration in Muang District , Lopburi Province.  it is not statistically significant difference so the relevant hypothesis set forth could be rejected.

3.  Problems and Suggestions for the Development of the efficiency of Sangha Administration in Muang District , Lopburi        Province. i) For Politics side, the problems are the Sangha meeting for teaching the Dhamma or doctrines not regularly and not allow to participate for brain storming etc. The suggestion , they should allow the participants to express the ideas for sometimes. ii) For Religious Education side, the problem is to go and visit the religious education schools rarely.  The suggestion, they should support the monks to study the doctrines regularly. iii) For Educational Welfare side, the problem is they should set up the educational fund for the children and youths in every level. The suggestion , they should set up the educational fund for the monks and novices more than at the present. iv)         For Buddhism propagation side, the problem is the way to give a sermon to the people to follow the doctrine of Lord Buddha , it is not popular in the countryside.  The suggestion,: they should have the Buddhism propagation more than now and cover all areas. v) For Constructive welfare side, the problem is not having a plan the buildings in the temples from other organizations’ assistance.  The suggestion, they should have the officers to look after the planning  the buildings in the temples specifically. vi) For Public Welfare side, the problem is the road management in the temple inconveniently to travelling of the people. They do not get the enough budget.  The suggestion is to set up the plan for public welfare regularly.
