The findings of this research are concluded as follows:

1. The overall level of factors affecting on the management of Pali Study in Ayutthaya province, was ranked at high level (= 3.50). When considered in each aspect, it was found that the course and educational environment were noted at the medium level. On the other hand, the environment of the temple and the students were found at the high levels.

2. With regard to the comparison of the factors affecting on the management of Pali Study in Ayutthaya province, classified by personal factors, it was found that age, years in monkhood, education and the period residing in the temple were noticed no significant differences even at 0.05 level.

3. The problems and suggestions on the management of Pali Study in Ayutthaya province revealed that :

 1) The temple should support the transportation, due to the lack of transportation support for going to study and should provide the private room.

2) For the Course of Study, the students have less participation in education activities and learning materials are not various. The suggestion for this is to  persuade  the students to have more participation in education activities and create learning materials to be more various.

3) For the Learners, the problems are that the students can not apply knowledge in daily life and they are often absent the class. The suggestion is to adjust the learning activities and let them attend the class.

4) For the environment in schools, the problem is that teachers do not have various techniques and less activities for self-learning. The suggestions are to train teachers to have more techniques and provide a variety of teaching and learning activities that promote self-learning even more.
