Abstract

                    This study aimed to 1) examine the management of the Welfare of the ecclesiastical. In the National Capital District. Ayutthaya. (Quantitative Research) by the Survey Research (Survey Research) and Qualitative Research (Qualitative Research) by the in-depth interviews (In Depth Interview) and document analysis (Documentary Analysis) the sample size by opening the group size. examples of Ne Takayoshi Nakayama (Taro Yamane) has 316 samples questionnaires. (Questionnaire) as an instrument for data collection. Characteristics of both closed and open-ended questionnaires, the researchers analyzed the data.
