The objectives of this research were: 1) to analyze the problems obstacle
the master monastery management the community center, 2) to study principles,
procedures and guidelines for the development of monastery management towards
the community center in the age of globalization, and 3) to feasibility study and offer
innovative new knowledge for the development of monastery management towards
the community center in the age of globalization.
Methodology was Research and Development (R&D) collecting data
through interviews and small group discussions from key informants, analyzing data
by descriptive interpretation and samples by questionnaires and assessment practical
experiments, analyzing data by frequency, mean, standard deviation and coefficient
of variation.
Findings were as follows:
1) An analyze the master monastery management the community center
findings: the personnel, former abbot leadership dictates, only a single individual
with high leadership, identity of the monastery by project on skill alone, as appears
clearly, the abbot's new administration, which later monastery cannot be made to
carry the same identity, and the newly ordained monks lack discipline, and the lack
of religious parties, the heir to renew Buddhism and monastic affairs, monks lack of

education which is socially acceptable, the propaganda Buddhism is still using the
old method, the communities need coordination and understanding for each project.
2) The management principles based on Buddhist principles can be
summed up in 3 cases include oneself, partner and mission, including major
discipline, allows management to ensure a neat monastery and should promote
disciplined approach works for the laity, and POLC theory for management
development including planning, organizing, leading/motivating and controlling, the
procedures and guidelines for the development of monastery management towards
the community center the age of globalization including the review mission, planning,
development, controlling and evaluating.
3) The feasibility study including legal, economic, personnel, technical,
community, and people in the community with every possible aspect, the offer
innovative new knowledge for the development of monastery management towards
the community center in the age of globalization including the globalization of the
turtle model (GT Model) consists of five complementary parts, 1) The development of
ideas before proceeding: the survey collected opinions and information to assess the
condition of the monastery before choosing the proper development, 2) The give lot

benefit the community, 3) Learning Center: the survey of basic knowledge of local
communities, knowledge management, local knowledge and record keeping issues in
establishing a learning center or museum, 4) A good network of community: creating a
partnership networks to work properly and synergy between the monastery, the
community and organizations, and 5) Happy before success: promoting psychological
behavior to individuals with intellectual, the solution, unreasonably use object, and
