ABSTRACT

                 This thesis is of 3 objectives, namely :- (1) to study the general states of the Organic Farming Communities in the central upper area, (2) to study the quality of life and morality  of        the organic farming community, and  (3)  to propose the principle to improve the quality of life in the organic farming community based on the morality for in the upper central area. The thesis is a qualitative study and the descriptive analysis.

                 It found that about the general condition of the central organic farming community, the thesis is by using the chemistry causes the state of health  problems including the debt, because they have to spend much money, but after the change of the usage of the organic fertilizer, the agriculturist life qualities are better and the state of being in debt is better.

                 The quality of life to the farmers   should comply with the the principle of the Dhammas, knowledge of the knowing the moderation in eating known as Bhojanemattaññutâ, The 4 principles of developing, Bhojanemattaññutâ means the knowledge of proper amount of eating by applying with the principle of Eightfold noble Path.

                 The way to develop the  quality of life should be the way to build up the complete  co-operation in carrying out the supporting of the agriculturists to have the knowledge and the  understanding the organic agricultural works permanently.
