                                            Abstract


                This Dissertation is of three objectives :- 1. To study the roles and the leadership of the members of the House of Representative in accordance with the Law.  2. To study the Desirable Roles and the leadership of the Members of the House of Representative in accordance with Ethic Code.  3. To Study the desirable Roles and the leadership of the members of the House of Representative in accordance with the law and Ethic Code in compliance with the Buddhist Teachings.
From the research, it is found as follows : -
1.    The roles and the leadership of the members of the House of Representative in accordance with the law are the working from the constitution and from the rules strictly  and faithfully.   The results of their work weren’t successful.  There were many jobs such as the drafting bills, the interpellation and the treaties which did not considered in the House of Representative.
2.    The desirable roles and the leadership of the members of the House of Representative in accordance with Ethic Code did not work to consist of the rules of Ethic Code of the member of the House of Representative and the Committee B.E. 2010.   The member of the House of Representative were of no ideologies.  The mean are hopeless to the position of the members of the house of Representative and the committee.  They worked in conflict of the Constitution and the rules and make themselves and the others receive the benefit from their work.
3.    The desirable roles and the leadership of the members of the House of Representative with the law and Ethic Codes in compliance with the Buddhist Teachings.  will have to work strictly and faithfully.  They have to be the persons who have their life and works are in accordance with the Law and Ethic Code which in compliance with the  Dhammas  and the Vinayas  for the life, the people and the works.  The  new thought from the Buddhist Teachings for the members of the House of  Representative are of the good biography and are Tisikkha which are silas, Samadhi and Panna .  The members of the House of Representative  have  to  bring the Dhammas and the Vinayas to control their lives, make the people happy from their mission and the best work for the stability of the country.
