The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the management Effectiveness of Child Development Centre at Phanon Sub-District Administrative Organization in Nakhon Sawan Province, 2) to study the relationship between the personal factors and the management Effectiveness of Child Development Centre at Phanon Sub-District Administrative Organization in Nakhon Sawan Province, and 3) to study the problems and ways for the development of the management Effectiveness of Child Development Centre at Phanon Sub-District Administrative Organization in Nakhon Sawan Province.

          This research applied the Mixed Methods Research consisting of the qualitative and quantitative research. The sample was 382 people in Phanon Sub-District Administrative Organization in Nakhon Sawan Province. The tools of the research were questionnaire and in-Depth interview from the 10 key informants. The analysis of data used Statistical Package for Social Science. The statistics for analysis data used Frequencies, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, and Chi-Square Test.

              1. Overall, the management Effectiveness of Child Development Centre at Phanon Sub-District Administrative Organization in Nakhon Sawan Province was at the middle level (=3.22). When considering each aspect, it was found that the input was at the highest level (=3.32). Then, the process and the output was (=3.17).

2. The gender, age, and occupation of the people had the relationship toward t management Effectiveness of Child Development Centre at Phanon Sub-District Administrative Organization in Nakhon Sawan Province at 0.05 of statistical significance. Therefore, the hypothesis was accepted.  However, the degree of education and income of the people had no the relationship toward t management Effectiveness of Child Development Centre at Phanon Sub-District Administrative Organization in Nakhon Sawan Province. Therefore, the hypothesis was denied.

              3. The problems of the management Effectiveness of Child Development Centre at Phanon Sub-District Administrative Organization in Nakhon Sawan Province were that the Sub-District Administrative Organization had the insufficient Information Technology update. The caretakers did not finish at primary education, had no the experience, did evaluate the child development continuously. Moreover, the results of the child development were not satisfactory. The ways for the development of the management Effectiveness of Child Development Centre at Phanon Sub-District Administrative Organization in Nakhon Sawan Province were that the Sub-District Administrative Organization should have support the budget to Child Development Centre. The community should cooperate to the Child Development Centre in increasing the staff sufficient to taking care of the children. The Sub-District Administrative Organization should provide the media and the equipment in teaching and learning sufficient to the children, the lunch and milk sufficient. Moreover, the caretakers should allocate the responsibility proportionally, have the unity, and work extremely.
