Abstract

Abstract

 

The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the opinion level of quit drinking campaign on Buddhist Lent of personnel according to personal factors of CPF food animal factory Co., Ltd., Lamphun province. 2) to compare the opinion level of quit drinking campaign on Buddhist Lent of personnel of CPF food animal factory Co., Ltd., Lamphun province.  3) to examine the problems, obstacles and suggestions of quit drinking campaign on Buddhist Lent of personnel of CPF food animal factory Co., Ltd., Lamphun province.  4) to investigate the guideline of quit drinking campaign on Buddhist Lent of personnel of CPF food animal factory Co., Ltd., Lamphun province. The research used mixed method research. The samples were 132 people by the data collection was a questionnaire and using a computer program for social science research and the analysis of data has been done by frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation, statistical hypothesis testing usingT-test, F-test, one way analysis for variance (One-way ANOVA). In the part of open-ended questions showed the problems, obstacles and suggestions, the researcher arranged the group according to the issues of open- end. Then, there was to analyze by frequency and data from interviews, the researcher will gather data grouping on the essence of the interview, then content analysis technique (Content Analysis Technique)

The findings of this research as follows:

1) The opinion level towards effective operation of government policy about quit drinking campaign on Buddhist Lent of personnel according to personal factors of CPF food animal factory Co., Ltd., Lamphun province was overall at the moderate level (X̅= 3.12). When considering in each aspect, it was found that the training provides knowledge about the dangers of drinking and the ethics promotion in quit drinking campaign on Buddhist Lent was at the moderate level in all aspects.

2) The compare the effective operation of government policy about quit drinking campaign on Buddhist Lent of personnel of CPF food animal factory Co., Ltd., Lamphun province classified by personal factors, including gender, status and income was different the opinion level towards the effective of quit drinking campaign on Buddhist Lent of personnel of CPF food animal factory Co., Ltd., Lamphun province was not different. While personnel was different education, the opinion level towards the effective of quit drinking campaign on Buddhist Lent of personnel of CPF food animal factory Co., Ltd., Lamphun province was significant differences at 0.05 levels.

3) The problems, obstacles and suggestions of quit drinking campaign on Buddhist Lent of personnel of CPF food animal factory Co., Ltd., Lamphun province was found that public relations in information channels of quit drinking campaign project of company still lacked. Company should provide more information in various channels. The training provides knowledge about the dangers of drinking was found that no training on the dangers of drinking and penalties to personnel yet. Company should provide personnel who have the knowledge, popularity to train the personnel in factory. The providing activity of promoting ethics in quit drinking campaign on Buddhist Lent was found that the company had not provide activity of promoting ethics in quit drinking campaign on Buddhist Lent and no one is a good model in the organization. Company should provide activity to reach all personnel and levels, and should provide consistently.

               4) The guideline of quit drinking campaign on Buddhist Lent of personnel of CPF food animal factory Co., Ltd., Lamphun province found that there focused on providing activity  of quit drinking on Buddhist Lent it was main activity of annual plan of company that must provide it continuously, to make the basic understanding of  quit drinking on Buddhist and considered the observing precepts and apply in daily life. The promotion guideline of following the five precepts by focusing on charity activity at temple and attestation to quit drinking on Buddhist Lent.
