Abstract
The objectives of this research were : (1) to study the The Efficiency in the Sangha Administration of the Sangha Administritors at Bantak District,Tak Province, (2) to compare the The Efficiency in the Sangha Administration of the Sangha Administritors at Bantak District, Tak Province, (3) to study the problems , obstacles and suggestions to Efficiency in the Sangha Administration of the Sangha Administritors at Bantak District, Tak Province.
This research is the mixed method research between quantitative researches by using the questionnaire distribution. The sampling group was 126 Buddhist monks from 183 monks at Bangtak District, Tak province. The tool was used for data collection as the questionnaire by having the reliance test with 0.894. The statistic uses the data analysis through frequency, percentage, and average, standard deviation (S.D) for describing data from variables or personal characteristics. The analysis was also done through t-test for analysis the hypotheses in order to test the average difference between the two groups and f- test by one-way ANOVA and the qualitative research was from in-depth interview from 7 key informants by using the content analysis technique.
The findings of this research as following :
1. The opinion of monks to Efficiency in the Sangha Administration of the Sangha Administritors at Bantak District, Tak Province, in overall , was at moderate level (X=3.19). When considered in each aspect found that the opinion of monks to Efficiency in the Sangha Administration of the Sangha Administritors at Bantak District, Tak Province for the efficiency was the highest level such as the public welfare (X=3.41). The second aspect was the propagation(X=3.38) and the lowest aspect was the religious education (X=2.59).
2. The comparison of opinions of monks Efficiency in the Sangha Administration of the Sangha Administritors at Bantak District, Tak Province, in overall indifferently. It rejected the hypothesis.
3. The problem, obstacles and guidelines for the Efficiency in the Sangha Administration of the Sangha Administritors at Bantak District, Tak Province, found that the administration lacks of absolute power to take care of people all and very loose for administration. The religious education lacks of budget to support the education. The Educational welfare lacks of quality personnel. The propagation lack of training for the monks and novices and general people. The constructions lack of money to maintain and reconstruct the religious building. The public welfare lacks of public welfare procedure to develop the village and community.
The suggestions: The administration, the new monks must respect the senior monks according to Dhammavinaya. The religious education should have the budget from the government for the support of education of monks and novices. The Educational welfare, should find out the budget to support the education. The propagation should let the monks and novices and general people have the Dhamma traing or principle of practice or should set up the Dhamma conversation on some occation. The constructions, should look after the cleaning the building. The public welfare should set up the fund to villagers for career and income promotion.
