Abstract

Abstract

             This thesis contains 3 objectives; they were (1) to study about the mindfulness practicing in Theravada Buddhism (2) to study about the mindfulness practicing of Luangpoh Tien Cittasubho doctrine (3) to study about the mindfulness practicing in daily life of Luangpoh Tien Cittasubho and this thesis was the research documentation.        

             The study found that Principles of mindfulness in Buddhism. It is the principle of mindfulness in the present mood. Determine the mindfulness at the body, It is called Gaya-nupassanasatipattan, There are 6 categories 14 steps. Determine the mindfulness at the feeling, It is called Vettana-nupassanasatipattan. Determine the mindfulness at the mind, It is called Jitta-nupassanasatipattan. Determine the mindfulness at the real nature, it is called Thamma-nupassanasatipattan, there are 5 categories. The purpose of the four attainment is to see the nature of the body of the mind that not animal, not a person, not us and is not he. Suffering has ended at various levels to reach Nirvana.     

             The Way of Mindfulness According to the Teachings of Luangpor Tien Cittasubho. Meet the Principle of Mindfulness Practice 4 in the Buddhist scriptures. In the category Gaya-nupassanasatipattan, This practicing was applied the movement practicing “Ting-Ning-Ting-Ning” from the Pra Maha Parn, the monk who teaching mindfulness practicing in Lao People's Democratic Republic. Luangpor Tien Cittasubho doctrine was developed by add up the movement practicing to be 14 movements movements, for the definite pattern and no need to use swearing, the way to be mindful of movement patterns is a form of rehearsal. The real goal is to be fluent in the application of the movement in the movement of the natural before the human. Practice as an observer, to deal with the idea of the first stage of suffering, suffering today is important, other suffering, another paradise, another nirvana as well as another hell. It depends on the current practice. Human potential can develop itself until it reaches enlightenment and nirvana. With the practice of mindfulness, vipassana is a tool.

             The Guideline of developing mindfulness in a daily life is the way to be aware of every movement in activities with mindfulness. Give daily life is to continue to continuous consciousness. When faced with any obstacle, it can pull consciousness to solve problems at any time. Mindfulness is a noble way of living as long as humans still have breath. Mindfulness is also a vital tool for all people of different races and beliefs. In addition, it requires only mindfulness to reach a stable happiness, and mindfulness is comparatively like a pile, like a foundation, like an immune system, and like insurance for human beings. It is also a root of all virtues. For example, ones who practice mindfulness on a regular basis would lead their lives full of righteousness, peace and happiness for the sake of others in most cases. Therefore, it is obviously to state that mindfulness is a basically significant tool or vehicle for all humans to achieve the highest goal of human lives : Nirvana.
