Abstract

ABSTRACT

         This  research  had the following objectives: 1) to study the opinions of parents towards Educational Management according to the  Four Sangahavatthu of small schools in Khanuworaluksaburi District Kamphaengphet Province 2) to compare the opinions of parents towards educational Management according to the Four Sangahavatthu of small schools in Khanuworalaksaburi District Kamphaengphet Province 3) to find the correlation of sub-variables of the Four Sangahavatthu of small schools in Khanuworalaksaburi District Kamphaengphet Province with overall to Four Sangahavatthu 4) to provide guidelines for the study of educational management according to the Four Sangahavahatthu for small schools.

The sample was parents of small schools in Khanuworalaksaburi District Kamphaengphet Province Under kamphaengphet office of Education Area 2 by the number of 327 bodies. By using Quantitative Research. The research tools used questionnaires. Data were analyzed by Frequency, Percentage, Mean and Standard Deviation. To compare the hypothesis testing were test by t – test, F – test (One way ANOVA). If there were statistical significance. There fore they will be pursued by Multiple Comparisons. (Least Significant Difference : LSD). And summarized the problems, barriers and suggestions by the analysis and synthesis of data.

The results showed that the parents’ opinions of students to manage study According to Sangahavatthu 4 the Small schools in khanuworalaksaburi District Kamphaengphet Province. Overall in high  ( = 4.00) When considering in each aspect it was found that in a high level all aspect.

When comparing parents’ opinions towards educational management according to the Four Sangahavatthu of small schools in khanuworalaksaburi District Kamphaengphet Province. Classifying by educational background of parents it found that the parents who had different educational background. They had opinions towards educational management according to the Four Sangahavatthu of small schools in khanuworalaksaburi District Kamphaengphet Province. The overall was not statistically significant at .05 level. The hypotheses were rejected. When comparing level of parents’ opinions towards educational management according to the Four Sangahavatthu of small schools in  khanuworalaksaburi District Kamphaengphet Province.

Classifying by parents’ occupations it was found that parents’ occupations had opinions towards educational management of small schools as a whole there were not significant difference at .05 level. The hypotheses had been rejected. The correlation of sub-variables of the Four Sangahavatthu with parents’ opinions towards the educational management of small schools in khanuworalaksaburi District Kamphaengphet Province. There were Dana, Piyavaca, Atthacariya and Samanattata. It was found that at .01 level. The hypotheses had been accepted. Guidelines for the application of the Four Sangahavatthu towards educational management of small schools is desirable in the opinion of parents have found that the teachers need to creative planning, teaching a variety of teaching techniques, Excite student interested. Defending the teaching caring for children. Piyavaca: teachers should be responsible. Speaking words that are polite. pleasant to ear and a good role model. Samanattata: the schools should be improved the environment conductive to learning and teaching. Teachers meet with parents to find a common approach to the development and training of students. Atthacariya: the budget should be used to benefit for students such as purchase of equipment as a medium of instruction. Students should be learned from the media to enhance their knowledge and on time.
