Abstract

ABSTRACT

 

The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the personnel management in accordance with the seven suppurisadhammas principle of education administrators at Takfa, Nakhonsawan province, 2) to comparethe opinionsof the personnel management in accordance with the seven suppurisadhammas principleof education administrators at Takfa, Nakhonsawan province, and  3) to study the problems,obstacles, and suggestions for the personnel management in accordance with the seven suppurisadhammas principle of education administrators atTakfa, Nakhonsawan province. The sample was 219 administrators, teachers, and education workers. This research applied Survey Research with the tools of the research were questionnaires. The statistics for analysis data used Frequencies, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, T-Test with One Way ANOVA and Least Significant Difference: LSD. Summarizes the problems, obstacles, and suggestions by analyzing and synthesizing the data.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Results of the research:

1. There are five areas of the personnel managementin accordancewith thesevensuppurisadhammas principle; 1) personnel planning, 2) staff management, 3) personnel development, 4) building and supporting of workers, and 5) workers performance evaluation and a high level to the overall. Considering that it was found the personnel management in accordance with the seven suppurisadhammas principle for the personnel management Attanyuta principle with the lowest average.

2. The comparison of the personnelmanagement in accordance with the seven suppurisadhammas principleof education administrators at Takfa, Nakhonsawan provinceclassified by personal factors; education, position responsibilities, working experience, and school size. The difference was statistically significant at .01 which meets the hypothesis. In addition, Muttanyuta principle was not different and the other side, all the different levels of statistical significance 01.

3.Problems,obstacles,and suggestionsof the personnel management in accordance with the seven suppurisadhammas principle of education administrators at Takfa, Nakhonsawan province were as follows; 1) the administrator should be systematically planned, 2) the administrator should be based on Buddhist principles that promote the personnel management to achieve a reliable and transparency in resource management, 3) the administrator should be
self-improvement and encourage others with evenly developed, 4) the administrator should be a good example of the time management and prioritize tasks appropriately, 5) the administrator should be learn about the people who involved and build a good relationship which to make the successful operation with the cooperation of all parties.
