         The objectives of this research were as follows; 1) to study the state of academic administration in primary school, Changklang district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province 2) To compare the level of opinion towards academic administration in primary school, Changklang district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province in term of sexes, ages, degrees of education and work experiences and 3) To study the way for academic development in primary school, Changklang district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province. This research is survey research. The sample were composed of administrator and teacher in primary school, Changklang district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province academic year 2015, there about were 136 persons, data collection by questionnaire, data analysis with, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, t-test, One way ANOVA and LSD method and summary on problem and obstacle by data analysis and synthesis.  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

         The results of study

 

         1) The academic administration in primary school, Changklang district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province according to administrator and teacher’s opinion by overview was at more level when considered in  each aspect found that all were at more level, from more to less as follows; the aspect of curriculum, the aspect of assessment and the aspect of learning transfer of result comparison, the aspect of research for learning development, the aspect of learning media development, the aspect of research for learning development and the aspect of learning advisor respectively.

         2) The comparative result of the academic administrator in primary school, Changklang district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province by overview there were different as statistically significance at .05, to classily in terms of sexes, ages and work experiences by overview was not different.

         3) The suggestions on about the way to support the academic administration Changklang district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province found that the aspect of curriculum was the highest frequency i.e. there should provide school surrounding for intensive learner in academic learning, there should promote budget for procedure and curriculum development, there should assess curriculum as continuity and followed up the aspect of media development, learning resource i.e. there should prepare media as enough and directly need, there should have teacher takes assessment of learning resource use, there should promote plan making for learning resource development.
