ABSTRACT
The study of “Moral and Ethic Development by Learning Activities of the students of Primary Schools in Chachoengsao Primary Educational Service Area Office 2” is the survey research. The adjective of it is to study the moral and ethic development, by learning activities, of the students of Primary Schools and to compare the primary education students’ ideas towards the moral and ethic development by learning activities of the students of primary schools in Chachoengsao Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The sampling group is 179 students of primary schools, by using the Stratified Random Sampling according to the packaged program of Krejce & Morgan. The IOC’s value from questionnaires is more than 0.8 – 1.0 The statistics used for analyzing the data is to find out the value of percentage, mean and standard deviation, the statistics for t-test, F-test and One-Way Analysis of Variance, by using the popular program of social science research.
The results of research are as follows;
1.From the result of data analyzing, the students’ ideas towards the moral and ethic development by learning activities, in whole and in 8 aspects, are at the high level, that is, in the aspect of the principle, the politeness, the honesty, the unity, the cleaning, the kindfulness, the saving and diligence, respectively.
2.From the result of comparatively analyzing , the students’ ideas towards the moral and ethic development by learning activities, being divided as the sex, with doing t-test, in whole and in 8 aspects, it is found that the item 1: in the aspect of diligence, the students’ ideas towards the moral and ethic development by learning activities are not different with statistical significance of 0.05. For the item 7, the students’ ideas towards the moral and ethic development by learning activities are different with statistical significance of 0.05.
3.From the result of comparatively analyzing , the students’ ideas towards the moral and ethic development by learning activities, being divided as the study class level, in whole and in 8 aspects on the items 1, 3, 4,5 and 7, are not different with statistical significance of 0.05. For the items 2,6 and 8, the students’ ideas towards the moral and ethic development by learning activities are different with statistical significance of 0.05.
4.From the result of comparatively analyzing , the students’ ideas towards the moral and ethic development by learning activities, being divided as the study by aging, in whole and in 8 aspects on the items 1, 2, 5,6 and 7, are not different with statistical significance of 0.05. For the items 3,4 and 8, the students’ ideas towards the moral and ethic development by learning activities are different with statistical significance of 0.05.
The ways of the moral and ethic development by learning activities.
1. In the aspect of diligence, the schools should hold the developmental activities supporting students to help their parents in doing housework constantly, to have more intention in studying and complete the assignment given by the teacher.
2. In the aspect of saving, the schools should hold the activities developing the expending the money from parents economically and it should hold the activities supporting the saving money for paying in necessary time.
3. In the aspect of honesty, the schools should hold the activities for developing the students to pay more honesty to their parents and teachers and to follow the parents’ and teachers’ teachings in working.
4. In the aspect of having the principle, the schools should hold the activities developing dressing as school regulations and having oneself-principle and should let students come to school early in order stand in line for paying respect to the national flag.
5. In the aspect of politeness, the schools should hold the activities for developing speech, the polite and nice words should be paid to the senior people and the teachers, deference should b paid to the parents befor coming to school.
6. In the aspect of cleaning, the schools should hold the developmental activities of cleaning the area around the school on their color time and sweeping their house area on holiday.
7. In the aspect of unity, the schools should hold the activities developing students not to quarrel with their friends causing the disunion and should pay coordination in holding the activities of the schools for the benefit in general.
8. In the aspect of kindfulness , the schools should hold the activities for developing students to help their parents and teachers in doing works assigned.
