Abstract

Abstract

              The purposes of this research are : 1) to study the Personnel Administration in Phrapariyattidhamma Schools Bangkok and  2) to compare the Personnel Administration in Phrapariyattidhamma Schools Bangkok and 3) to study the problems, obstacles and suggestion in Personnel Administration in Phrapariyattidhamma Schools Bangkok. There were a total of 139 sample groups. The research instruments were questionnaires form prepared by the researcher with 0.95 reliability gained. The statistics used for the data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test (Independent sample), One-way ANOVA, and Scheffe’ post hoc comparison method.

              The research findings were as follows :

              1. The Personnel Administration in Phrapariyattidhamma Schools Bangkok in 5 categories were high in aspects. When it’s considered in each aspect, it’s found that the average scores were highest in every area. It’s ordered from high to low as follow retirement, the discipline and disciplinary, efficiency of the practice, planning and placement, recruitment and appointment.

              2. The results of hypothesis testing found that the teachers with differences in gender, work experience and position have different opinions on human resource management in Phrapariyattidhamma Schools with not statistically significant 0.05 levels. These testify the hypothesis to be true. The two hypotheses tested classified by age and education level found that is not different at the significant statistic at level 0.05 then there aren't as the hypothesis set up.

 

 

              3. The problems have in the Phrapariyattidhamma Schools Bangkok a personnel working in areas not enough, some have been assigned the task doesn't feel right, lack of funding for personnel to be trained and developed their knowledge, is not the misconduct dismissal, However, there still are Suggestion from the administrators and teachers comments. As follow there should personnel to meet the operational needs of the school, should have the personnel to work according to their ability the expertise and voluntary, schools should provide budget support in development, should appoint a commission to investigate the breach of discipline and the misconduct personnel should out of school.
