Abstract

               Research The Life Quality Of Lao Labors In Bangkok And Vicinity has 3 main objectives: 1) to study the quality of life of workers in Laos in the Bangkok Metropolitan Region 2) to analyze the factors that affect the quality of life of Lao migrants in Bangkok and surrounding provinces and. 3) to study the problems of quality of life of workers in Bangkok, Laos.                The results showed that

               Quality of life of Lao migrants actually quite good in terms of the environment, health, housing, social welfare and income. The progressive/skills. The improvement is to get a health check at least 1 time per year and raises the quality of life for the better labor. Public sector come to take care the workers to more supervise, Adding enforcement of the law in various matters, including employment, wages, welfare, Conditions of work Skill development and employment for the workers. Entrepreneurs need to be attentive to the development of skill and attention to improving the quality of life of the workers.

               Factors affecting the quality of life of Lao workers found that they are of compensation, Economic and social. They went to work in Bangkok and surrounding provinces of Lao migrants make labor and income to meet basic needs and facilities, such as mobile TV, fan, electric rice cooker.
