The present study aimed at 1) studying conflict management model in accordance with Sangahavatthu IV of Sukhantharam Community, Suanjitralada Sub-district Dusit District, Bangkok; 2) comparing level of opinions conflict management model in accordance with Sangahavatthu IV (Four Objects of Sympathy) of Sukhantharam Community, Suanjitralada Sub-district Dusit District, Bangkok; and 3) studying problems and obstacles on conflict management model in accordance with Sangahavatthu IV of Sukhantharam Community, Suanjitralada Sub-district Dusit District, Bangkok. This present study employed a Mixed Method with both Quantitative, with a survey, and qualitative research methodologies. The study sample consisted of 294 people who lived in area of Sukhantharam Community. The subjects were recruited based on the sample size of Taro Yamane. The instrument used in data collection was a questionnaire. The data were analyzed in terms of Frequency, Percentage, Mean and Standard Deviation. Inferential statistics of t-test and F-Test were used to determine the differences in mean scores of both groups, and One Way ANOVA was used to determine the differences in mean scores among three groups or more. Finally, the Least Significant Difference (LSD) was employed to test the differences between means of each pair. As for qualitative methodology, the structured in-depth interviews were used with 8 key Informants, and data were analyzed by means of descriptive interpretation.

           The study findings revealed that

           1. The overall opinions of people towards conflict management model in accordance with Sangahavatthu IV of Sukhantharam Community, Suanjitralada Sub-district Dusit District, Bangkok were at the moderate level (Mean = 3.11). When considering each aspect, it was found that the opinions toward all aspects were at moderate levels – Atthacariyā (Useful Conduct) (Mean = 3.21), Dāna (Generosity) (Mean = 3.11), Samānattatā (Even and Equal Treatment) (Mean = 3.08), and Piyavācā (Kindly Speech) (Mean = 3.03).

           2. When comparing the opinions of people toward conflict management model in accordance with Sangahavatthu IV of Sukhantharam Community, Suanjitralada Sub-district Dusit District, Bangkok classified by personal factors, it was found that people with different gender, age, level of education, occupation and income had no different opinions toward conflict management model in accordance with Sangahavatthu IV of Sukhantharam Community, Suanjitralada Sub-district Dusit District, Bangkok, denying the formulated hypotheses.
