Abstract
The purpose of this thesis: to study the problem of automobiles repair service business in the district of KhueangNai District, UbonRatchathani Province, to study Buddhist principles for solving problems and supporting the automobiles repair service business, to study the application of Buddhist principles to the automobiles repair service business in the district of KhueangNai District, UbonRatchathani Province, this research is a documentary research that collects information from the scriptures, documents, textbooks, research papers, and related materials and collects information by interviewing the relevant people. The data were analyzed and presented descriptive research.
The results of research as follows;
Current condition of the automobiles repair service business in KhueangNai District, UbonRatchathani Province is a family business, enough for the needs of the customer. The service provides both specialized and integrated services within a single garage. The garage has many sizes. Most automobiles repair service business provide by the owner. There are Buddhist principles for solving the problem of automobiles repair service business, including The Four Noble Truths, DhukkhaSamudhaya, Nirodha, Maggha and the principle of the process of solving problems in the management of human resources, machineryand management. The Buddhist principles for supporting the automobiles repair service business consists of 3 main factors: 1) the wheels 4,2) Iddhipatha 4, 4) the millionaire heart 4
The problem of the automobiles repair service business is caused by 4 main factors: 1) Human resources within the garages 2) Machinery and materials inside the garages 3) Finance 4) Management within the garages. This is caused by 2 factors: 1) In-house personnel, service providers and administrators.2) Irresponsible customers. There are solutions to the problem, such as warning the wrong doing. There are no Buddhist principles as a way to prevent long-term problems.
The application of Buddhist principles to the automobiles repair service business in KhueangNai District, UbonRatchathani Province has two issues as follows: A) The solution to the problem way for The Department of Labor has found that it is the solution to the problem at the end of the incident. B) The solution to the problem way for The Department of Academic has found that it solve the problem of the automobiles repair service business, both in personnel, machinery, and management in a long-term by Buddhist principles as follows 1) the millionaire heart 4, 2) Secular Principle4, 3) The principle of prosperity, 4) Iddhipatha,5) SanghahaWaddhu6) Abharihaniyadhamma7Overall, found that the solution to prevent and solve the cause from the beginning. This is a sustainable solution. The way to support the automobiles repair service business in KhueangNai District, UbonRatchathani Province there are four issues as follows: 1) The Wheel 4 to support corporate governance 2) BhrammaVihara to support the auto repairs service business in the part of personnel development to be effective. 3) Saraniyadhamma to support automobiles repair service business in the development of personnel to be moral and quality for both of executive and staff. 4) The five precepts: to support the automobiles repair service business in the part of protection and development of personnel within the organization to be moral and quality for both of the executive and staff.
