Abstract

The research “A Study of Sappurisa-Dhamma Principles on Promoting Work

Performances of Village Headmen in Srinarong Sub-District, Chumphonburi District, Surin Province” have three objectives namely : 1) to study of Suppurisa-Dhamma in Theravada Buddhism, 2) to study of problems concerning the duty of the chief of village, 3) to study of Suppurisadhamma supported the duty of the chief of village.

             The results of research found that :                                              

 

            On Suppurisa-Dhamma in Theravada Buddhism, leaders must have seven principles of operation: 1) knowing the causes ; it helps to identify the cause of the situation as a reality, 2) knowing the results ; it will help you to understand the consequences of each situation, 3) knowing yourself ; to behave appropriately,  4) knowing the approximation ; it help to know to do everything in the fit, 5) knowing the time ; it helps to recognize the right time to coordinate activities,. 6) knowing the community, helping to know how to be right with people and places, 7) knowing the right person ; it helps to practice with the person properly, and leads to good coordination in all aspects.
