Abstract

The main objectives of this study are: i) to study the safety creation process in food and products of Ban Hua-Ao Community, Sampran, Nakorn Pathom Province, ii) to study the participation of Ban Hua-Ao agriculturists of in safety creation process in food and products of Ban Hua-Ao Community, Sampran, Nakorn Pathom Province, and iii) to study problems, obstructions, and promotions of safety creation process in food and products of Ban Hua-Ao Community, SamPran, Nakorn Pathom Province. This study was carried out by mixed methodology research which consists of quantitative research that performed by collecting the data from 86 samples by the questionnaire then analyzed and evaluated by the statistical commercial software for research in social sciences and qualitative research that performed by In-depth Interview of  8 key Informants and content analysis technique was employed for data analysis.
