The aims of this research were: 1) to study the condition of the learning management based on the principles of Threefold Training (tisikkhā) to develop the students in the Department of Social Studies, Religion and Culture of Kranuan Vidya Khom School in Khon Kaen; 2) to study the ways and suggestions to develop the learning management based on the principles of Threefold Training of the school. This qualitative research had its samples as 30 educational administrators and teachers in the school who responded to the interview and the data obtained in this process were analyzed by the descriptive analysis.
In regards to the condition of the learning management based on the principles of Threefold Training, there is the program set with the learner development based on the Threefold Training that is consistent with the mentioned dhamma principle. In aspect of learning management, the teachers have the learning management plan integrated with the Threefold Training together with a variety of teaching methods to keep the students to participate in the learning activities. In terms of media and technology, the appropriate and relevant media are utilized in learning management based on the Threefold Training allowing the students to use the media. In the aspect of student development activities, there is the project to promote moral and ethical for the students as well as the additional activities, allowing the student to learn outside the class to develop the quality of life. In the aspect of measurement and evaluation, the measurement and evaluation covers the reality based on the Threefold Training in both theoretical and practical sections.
The ways and suggestions to develop the learning management based on the principles of Threefold Training of the school are that 1) the personnel training based on the Threefold Training and the manual of the learning management based on the Threefold Training should be made; 2) the students should be brought to join the activities of temples and communities to build the mutual good relationship and attitudes between the school and communities; 3) the students should be promoted to join the community activities to build the collaboration network between community and their parents; 4) there should be the Buddhist training for the personnel to build their mutual attitudes; 5) the activity to strengthen the good friend relationship of the teachers, administrators, students and community should be organized; 6) meditation and wisdom cultivation practices should be promoted in the community; 7) the community collaboration of the learning management operation based on the Threefold Training should be actively performed together with building understanding to the parents.
