Strategy of Conflict Management Based on Buddhist Educational Administration in Schools under Primary Educational Service Area Office (Buddhist Educational Administration)

Abstract

The purpose of this research was 1) to study the state of conflict management in schools under the Office of Educational Service Area 2) to develop conflict management strategies according to the principles of Buddhist Administration Education. For education 3) To propose strategies for conflict management according to the principles of Buddhist administration education. For education Under the Office of the Primary Education Service Area The method is 1) Quantitative research. The 410 samples were analyzed by means of statistical analysis, ie, mean and standard deviation, and 2) qualitative research. The seminar consisted of 10 experts who used the knowledge to develop the strategy. And 8 expert panelists to review the appropriateness of the strategy. Analyze data by content analysis.

The results of the study found that:

1. The state of conflict management in schools under the jurisdiction of the Office of Educational Service Area was found to be at a high level. On the other hand, it was found that cooperation and compromise The level of management is at the highest level. Partial avoidance and overcoming The level of management is very high.

2. Conflict Management Strategy According to the Buddhist Administrative Education Act For education 2) The mission consists of (1) Strengthening solidarity, and reducing conflicts in schools. (2) Strengthening solidarity and reducing conflicts in schools. 2) Strengthen the way of living in harmony with the good faith. (3) Strengthen the guidelines for the performance and development of educational institutions. 3) Objective to reduce conflict in schools. Development of educational institutions with potential and morality. 4) Strategies (1) Collaborative strategies. Looks like an owl facing each other and discreetly. (2) Compromise strategy. Have a fox style that compromises and solves immediate problems. (3) Avoiding strategies. Have a turtle look, withdraw and shrink the head. (4) Winning strategy. 5) The Buddhist Principles of Education that Promote Conflict Management are the Principles of Sangha 6.

3. The experts have reviewed the strategies of conflict management according to the Buddhist principles of education for educational institutions. It was found that the appropriateness and feasibility of using in educational institutes in order to reduce conflicts in educational institutions was found.
