The Human Resource Development applying the four Bhavans of 31st Military Circle’s General Head Quarters 2010

Abstract

The Purposes of this research are: (1) to study human resource development applying the four Bhavanas of 31st Military Circle’s General Head Quarters (2) to compare the opinions towards the human resource development of 31st Military Circle’s General Head Quarters, classified by different factors of each person and (3) to study   ways to apply the human resource development according to the four Bhavanas of 31st Military Circle’s General Head Quarters.

          This research is the survey research. The samples were 225 soldiers who hold the position of commissioned officer, noncommissioned officer and private from 31st Military Circle’s General Head Quarters. Collecting data used questionnaire with 0.846 of reliability and program for Social Science Research. The statistics for analysis data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, One-way ANOVA, and t- test.   

The results of research were:

          1. Most of respondents are male, their ages are from 46 to 55 years old, they finished lower than Bachelor’s degree, holding noncommissioned officer and working time less than 5 years.

2. The opinions towards the human resource development applying the four Bhavanas: Kaya-bhavana, Sila-bhavana, Citta-Bhavana and Panna-bhavana of 31st Military Circle’s General Head Quarters were in the high level on the whole. For Sila-bhavana, Citta-bhavana and Panna-bhavana, the opinions were in medium level but for the opinions towards Panna-bhavana were in the lowest level.

          3. The comparison of opinions towards human resource development applying the four Bhavanas of 31st Military Circle’s General Head Quarters by separating into 5 factors: sex, age, degree, position and working time. The researcher found that the samples that have different factors but their opinions towards the human resource development applying the four Bhavanas were not different at .01 of significance.

4. The opinions of applying the human resource development according to the four Bhavanas of 31st Military Circle’s General Head Quarters were in high level in the whole. These results showed that the human resource development applying the four Bhavanas of 31st Military Circle’s General Head Quarters in good level had the efficiency and the personnel were also developed for good qualities.
