Abstract

This thesis is of three objectives: 1) to study the development of human resources according to the general principles. 2) to study the development of human beings  according to the principles of the 10 wholesome  courses  of  action 3) to study the development of guidelines for the application of the 10 wholesome  course  of  action in  developing  the human resources to the  present societies. 

                      From the study of the development of the human resources according to the general principles, it is found that it is the development of the human beings as the resource which is the fun and the factor in developing the economics and the societies. It is the development for incasing the efficiency in working to be in progress for the personnels by developing their knowledge, abilities, skills and attitudes. It is also to prepare the personnels for their higher progress to be the highest valuable personnels called the human friends. It is also the process which the administrators aim for the development of human resources. Within the organization efficiently by using both the strategies and the skills to develop the existing human resources effectively by making the plans continually for achieving the aims of the development. It is also to develop the ability in the employee’s working and the effectiveness in cursing out the work in the organization by using the method of giving the education, the training and the developing in order.

                      From the study of the development of human beings according the 10 wholesome courses of action which is the development with Doctrinal principles in Buddhism, it is found that the development of human beings in Buddhism is to look at the human beings as they are the human beings of their own. The lives of the human beings are the aim to happiness freedom and goodness all of which are individual. The development of human beings according of the principles of the 10 wholesome courses of action is the development of the human being’s bodies speeches and minds which is regarded is the minds principles in Buddhism, because the good way of developing the human beings must be of Dharma as the base and the aid to cause the human virtue to arise with the aim to solve the problem faced by the human beings with the patterns of practice in the threefold method of training in morality. It is the process of body, speck, mind and wisdom development which can develop the human beings of every class to help the human beings to be successful in their aims and benefits.

                Regarding the application of the application of the 10 wholesome courses of action to develop the human resources in the present societies, it is found that it is to apply the principles of the 10 wholesome courses of action and the suitable doctrinal principle to develop the human recourses in the present societies at 4 stages, namely: 1. The individual state, 2. The family state, 3. The organization state and 4. The society state to solve different problems arising from the human beings, because every human beings  has the base of action arising from the body, the speech and the mind all of which consist of the greed, the anger and the delusions. The development according t the genial rules is not connected with the basic development. So, in the development of the human recourse, it is necessary to apply the 10 wholesome  courses  of  action and suitable doctrinal principles to the development of the human resources in the basic state to be of efficiency, effectiveness and the highest benefit.
