Abstract

 

ABSTRACT

This research has 3 objectives : 1. To study the educational administration is teaching at general education division in Phrapariyattidhamma Schools. 2. To compare  the educational administration is teaching at general education division in Phrapariyattidhamma Schools by fundamental factors. 3.  To study the ways of the educational administration is teaching at general education division in Phrapariyattidhamma Schools by the method of research with the sample props who are 215 students the instruments used in this research are the percentage, the standard deviation , the F-test and the One-way ANOVA, with the important point of 0.05.

From the research, it is found that ;

1.     Most of the students are 12-15 years old at the percentage of 35.8 The students at the 2nd year in the secondary school are at the percentage 28.4

2.     The students views about the educational administration, at Phrapariyattdhamma School General Education Division in Bangkok are generally at the high average. That is to say in using the teaching media in learning and teaching, the activities, the circular, the measurement, the evaluation, and the result of the comparison of the students opinions to the educational administration in the way of learning and teaching. The doctrines in Bangkok. The students are of the different views with the important points of 0.05. That is about the circular, the learning and teaching which are in compare with the set hypothesis.

The problems are the lacks of planning in learning and teaching according the curricular of the school, and the lacks of the budget in planning the circular and searching for the teacher and the lack foreign teacher and the lack of budget in buying the computer.

Moreover, the students are not interested the school activities. The students are also in lack of helping one another and responsibilities.

From the way to administer the education in the type of learning teaching,    it is found the teachers should make a plan in learning and teaching suitable for the students by searching for expert in the circular, and to search for the budget is administer the schools. The administrator should find out the foreign teacher to teach in the school. Moreover, the administrator must find out the computer for using in teaching and learning in school. Besides, the teachers should urge the students to be in harmony and to arrange the activities in learning and teaching. The teachers should urge the students to be interested in examination. To bring the examination to approve the continually learning and teaching.
